Process Plant Operator
FIFO Contract - Starts immediately
Summary
Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisors, the Operator is responsible for supporting the operations team, according to the specific needs and the cleanliness and safety policies of the site.
Specific roles and responsabilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplaces
- Support operators in their tasks, according to department needs: Crushing, grinding, flotation, reagents, etc.
- Support maintenance activities
- Support operators when starting or stopping equipment in different departments
- Keep records of production information and write reports
- Maintain their workplace in an orderly, clean and safe state
- Comply with all norms, regulations, standards, codes
- Any other activity that their superiors may entrust to them
Training and experience
- Hold a diploma in mineral processing and/or combination of studies and relevant experience
- Have one year of relevant experience in the field
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Oral and written comprehension of English
Conditions of employment

Salary $28.00 to $32.00 depending on experience
